Neighborhood guide
Oak Hill, Tennessee
A quietly sophisticated pocket of Nashville, tucked away in the city.
our neighborhood guide
Quiet, established, and surrounded by mature trees, Oak Hill feels like a world away from the pace of Downtown while being just minutes from it.
Homes sit on generous lots along winding, heavily wooded streets, giving the area a rare sense of space and privacy for a neighborhood so close to the city. One of Oak Hill’s most distinctive qualities is its variety of architecture, with everything from historic homes full of character to contemporary residences and plenty in between.
Oak Hill is also home to the Tennessee Governor’s Mansion and sits alongside Radnor Lake, adding to its natural beauty and understated sense of luxury.’
The local take
Oak Hill is a great fit for those who want a beautiful, elevated place to live without the formality that can come with some of Nashville’s more prestigious neighborhoods.
There is plenty of space, distinctive architecture, and a mature setting, but the overall feeling remains relaxed and understated. It is the kind of luxury that is appreciated for how it feels to live there, not for the name attached to the address.
Radnor Lake is one of the neighborhood’s greatest natural assets, offering miles of trails and a peaceful escape just minutes from home.
Best for
Those who want understated luxury, more space, and a quieter way of living while staying close to Downtown Nashville.
Meet our founder
Hi, I’m Brittany Sircy.
Born and raised in Nashville, fiercely protective of my clients, and completely committed to making sure you feel taken care of from the very first conversation.
Long before real estate, I worked with pro and Olympic athletes — building my career on trust, discretion, and knowing how to stay calm in high-pressure situations. Very quickly, I realised the same qualities that made people trust me in sport naturally translated into how I represent clients buying and selling homes.
Today, I support clients through relocation, high-stakes moves, and luxury real estate across Tennessee with a level of service rarely seen in this industry.
